本文主要介绍新型搅拌机(单卧轴强制式混凝土搅拌机)的概况及搅拌机轴在搅拌过程中的运动状态。同时,从理论上推导出单卧轴强制式混凝土搅拌机螺旋带螺旋升角“λ”的选择范围并按自落式与强制式搅拌原理推出其搅拌机轴的理论转速及速度修正系数的选择。还推荐了按各种不同混凝土出料容量其转速的计算公式。对单卧轴强制式混凝土搅拌机的优缺点也作了相应的介绍。
This article mainly introduces the overview of the new mixer (one-shaft forced concrete mixer) and the movement of the mixer shaft during the mixing process. At the same time, theoretically deducing the selection range of the helix angle “λ” of the single horizontal axis forced concrete mixer and the selection of the theoretical rotational speed and speed correction coefficient of the mixer shaft according to the self-dropping and forced mixing principle.
