目的:检测慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清糖类抗原125(CA125)的表达水平,并分析其临床意义。方法:选取2013年3月至2014年5月信阳职业技术学院附属医院80例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者和80例正常健康志愿者,分别记为疾病组和健康组。检测两组血清CA125的表达水平,并将疾病组对象根据慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能分级进行分组,对比不同心功能分级间血清CA125水平差异。疾病组均给予常规治疗,并随访3年,对比预后良好者和预后不良者纳入研究时血清CA125的水平差异。结果:疾病组血清CA125水平远高于健康组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同心功能分级患者间血清CA125比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中心功能Ⅳ级者血清CA125水平最高,心功能Ⅲ级者次之,心功能Ⅱ级者血清CA125水平最低;预后不良纳入研究时血清CA125水平远高于预后良好者,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清CA125在慢性充血性心力衰竭患者中的表达水平异常升高,能够借此评估心功能状态,还可借此评估远期预后效果。
Objective: To detect the expression of serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) in patients with chronic congestive heart failure and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods: Eighty patients with chronic congestive heart failure and 80 normal healthy volunteers from March 2013 to May 2014 in Affiliated Hospital of Xinyang Polytechnic were selected as the disease group and the healthy group respectively. The level of serum CA125 was detected in two groups. The patients in the disease group were divided into groups according to the cardiac function classification of patients with chronic congestive heart failure, and the differences of serum CA125 levels between different cardiac function grades were compared. The patients in the disease group were given routine treatment and were followed up for 3 years. The differences of serum CA125 level when compared with those with good prognosis and poor prognosis were included in the study. Results: The level of serum CA125 in the disease group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group (P <0.05). The difference of serum CA125 between the patients with different cardiac function scores was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant Serum level of CA125 was highest in patients with grade Ⅳ, followed by patients with grade Ⅲ of cardiac function, and serum CA125 was the lowest in patients with grade Ⅱ of cardiac dysfunction. Serum CA125 levels were significantly higher in patients with worse prognosis than in those with good prognosis Significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Serum CA125 is abnormally elevated in patients with chronic congestive heart failure and can be used to assess cardiac function status and to assess long-term prognostic outcomes.
