Mushroom is one of the most famous varieties of edible mushrooms, but also our traditional export commodities, renowned at home and abroad. Mushrooms not only taste delicious, rich flavor, as well as anti-cancer health effects, known as the “peak of plant foods.” In the past ten years, the production of mushrooms in our country has been developing rapidly.
