加快转变政府职能,深化行政体制改革是关系到中国特色社会主义市场经济体制健康发展,关系到改善民生和构建和谐社会的重大问题。对此,基层干部有哪些思考?民营企业有何期盼?专家学者有何研判?社会组织又有哪些建议?倾听这些,有利于政府职能转变更加到位、更为精准、更接地气。为此,本刊特编发一组笔谈,汇聚社会各界对这一问题的探索与期盼。
Accelerating the transformation of government functions and deepening the reform of the administrative system are related to the sound development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and to the major issues concerning improving people’s livelihood and building a harmonious society. In this regard, what are grass-roots cadres thinking? What are the expectations of private-owned? Experts and scholars to judge what? Social organizations and what are the recommendations? Listen to these, is conducive to the transformation of government functions more in place, more accurate, more connected with the atmosphere. To this end, we have compiled and published a series of written speeches to bring together all sectors of society to explore and look forward to this issue.
