进入九十年代,福建渔业又迎来一个全面开发“水上田园”,加快发展水产事业,向更高层次迈进的重要时期。围绕“翻两番、奔小康”这一渔区经济建设的主题,针对新时期渔业发展特点与问题,探索发展思路,提出解决对策,尤为重要。
