文章认为, 中国作为一个农业大国, 70 % 的人口居住在农村, 农村市场潜力巨大。但近几年却存在农村市场消费不旺、需求不足的突出问题。作者针对我国当前农民收入低且增长缓慢、商品供给结构不能很好适应农民需求结构变化等制约农村市场的主要因素, 提出了启动农村市场的对策建议: ( 1) 要千方百计增加农民收入; ( 2) 根据农村市场的需求及时调整产品结构; ( 3 ) 努力培育和完善农村商品市场体系, 保证货畅其流;(4) 加强农村基础设施建设, 创造必要的消费环境; (5 ) 以农村小城镇为突破口带动农村市场发展, 加快农村工业化步伐。
The article holds that as an agricultural country in China, 70% of the population live in rural areas and the market potential in rural areas is huge. However, in recent years, there are prominent problems in the rural market where consumption is not strong and the demand is insufficient. In view of the main factors that restrict the rural market such as low income and slow growth of current peasant income in our country, the supply structure of goods can not be well adapted to the changes in demand structure of peasants, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on starting rural market: (1) To make every effort to increase peasants’ income; ) Timely adjust the product structure according to the needs of the rural market; (3) strive to cultivate and improve the rural commodity market system to ensure smooth flow of goods; (4) strengthen rural infrastructure construction and create the necessary consumption environment; (5) As a breakthrough point, cities and towns drive the rural market development and speed up the pace of rural industrialization.
