目的：对局部应用氯林可霉素药膜治疗急性局限型智齿冠周炎的结果进行临床观察和细菌学检测，以评价其在智齿冠周炎治疗中的意义。方法：用氯林可霉素为主要原料，明胶为基质研制成冠周炎药膜，并同常规的冲洗后导入碘甘油的传统疗法进行随机对照临床试验，分别于治疗后４ｄ进行细菌学检查。结果：药膜组和对照组检查结果经χ２统计处理（Ｐ＜０．０１），氯林可霉素药膜组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：表明氯林可霉素药膜治疗混合感染的智齿冠周炎有其独特作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical significance and clinical application of clindamycin film in the treatment of acute confined wisdom tooth pericoronitis in order to evaluate its significance in the treatment of wisdom tooth pericoronitis. Methods: Randomly controlled clinical trials were conducted with clindamycin as the main raw material and gelatin as the matrix to produce periostin film. The conventional treatment with iodine and glycerol after conventional irrigation was performed. Bacteriological examination was performed 4 days after treatment . Results: The test results of the film group and the control group by χ2 statistical treatment (P <0.01), clindamycin membrane group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: It is demonstrated that clindamycin coated film has a unique effect in the treatment of mixed-infected pericoronitis.
