改改革开放以来,尤其是近三年来,上海“一年一 个样,三年大变样”,人民生活发生了巨大的变 化,基本上完成了由温饱向小康的过度,并向更高的水平迈进。 一、上海居民收入增长特点 (一)收入快速增长 据上海市城市社会经济调查队对市区500户居民家庭的抽样调查,1994年,上海市区居民家庭人均年生活费收入为5566.08元,比1993年增长37.2％,扣除居民生活费用价格指数上涨因素后实际增长10.7％;比1991年增长1.4倍,扣除三年来居民生活费用价格增长因素,实际增长45.6％,这一增长速度与1989—1991年相比,快了39.4个百分点。

The actual growth rate after deducting the rising price index of residents’ living expenses actually increased by 10.7%, 1.4 times that of 1991, and the price growth of residents’ living expenses after deducting three years’ actual growth was 45.6% Compared to 39.4 percentage points faster.
