肺癌患者的免疫功能多处于抑制状态,不仅表现在细胞免疫功能紊乱,体液免疫也被负调节,且与患者的预后有密切关系,充分了解肺癌患者的细胞及体液免疫功能状况有助于开辟肺癌免疫治疗这一新领域。本文就肺癌患者的免疫功能状况和免疫治疗作一简要介绍。
