随着我国经济的不断增长,推动了银行行业的发展,商业银行对综合柜面业务具有了更高的要求。因此,近年来,我国《商业银行综合柜面业务》课堂教学当中,逐渐地进行改革,以便培养出满足当前阶段需要的综合性人才。为了更好地对这一改革进行了解,本文对基于角色互换下的《商业银行综合柜面业务》课堂教学改革探索进行了研究,为我国银行行业进一步发展贡献出自己的一份力量。
With the continuous economic growth in our country, the development of banking industry has been promoted. Commercial banks have higher requirements for the business of integrated counter business. Therefore, in recent years, China’s “integrated counter business of commercial banks,” classroom teaching, gradual reform, in order to train to meet the needs of the current phase of a comprehensive talent. In order to better understand this reform, this paper studies the classroom teaching reform based on the role of “integrated counter business of commercial banks”, and contributes to the further development of China’s banking industry.
