大脑前动脉血栓形成的病例临床甚少报导,过去文献报导的多属典型病例,与临床所见并不尽同,最近我们见到3例,其中一例并经两侧颈动脉造影证实为双侧大脑前动脉完全闭塞,另2例经一侧颈动脉造影亦证实为大脑前动脉血栓形成,其中一例一年前曾发生过一次卒中,以后即出现神经异常,当时曾怀疑左颈内动脉(或大脑前动脉)血栓形成(当时无作脑血管造影),此次又突然昏迷不醒人事表现为右侧大脑半球血管性病变,经右颈动脉造影证实为右侧大脑前动脉血栓形成。3例临床症状均有不同表现,兹将病例报告如下供同志们作参考。
Clinical cases of anterior cerebral artery thrombosis rarely reported in the past literature mostly typical cases, and clinical findings are not the same, we recently saw 3 cases, one case and bilateral carotid artery angiography confirmed bilateral Complete occlusion of the anterior cerebral artery, and the other two cases of carotid artery angiography also confirmed anterior cerebral artery thrombosis, one case a stroke occurred a year ago, later appeared neurological abnormalities, had suspected the left internal carotid artery (or Anterior cerebral artery thrombosis (no cerebral angiography at the time), the sudden unconsciousness of coma was manifested as right hemisphere cerebral vascular lesions confirmed by right carotid artery angiography as the right anterior cerebral artery thrombosis. 3 cases of clinical symptoms have different performance, the case report will be for the following for comrades for reference.
