我们治疗1例巨细胞修复性肉芽肿,侵犯整个右下颌骨及左侧下颌骨体前部,特报告如下。患者男性,9岁,广东籍,病案号155824。1985年5月入院。主诉右下颌无痛性肿块4年余。开始右下颌部肿大,无发红,无疼痛及牙痛,一年后肿块呈鸭蛋大,口内牙龈隆起,6 ⅤⅣ排列错乱。近来肿块增大尤快,面部极不对称。右上颌牙咬及肿块之处长期溃烂。体查:右下颌显著膨隆,面部明显畸形。右下颌全部为肿物占据,并越过下颌联合,其大小为13×9.5×8.5cm,质硬,有结节样感,无压痛,肿块表

Recently, the lumps increase especially fast, the face is extremely asymmetrical. Right maxillary teeth bite and lumps of chronic ulcers. Physical examination: significant swelling of the right lower jaw, facial deformity. All of the right mandible is occupied by the tumor and crosses the mandibular joint, measuring 13 × 9.5 × 8.5 cm in size, hard and nodular, with no tenderness and mass chart
