设备技术档案管理工作是企业管理的一部分,但往往容易被忽视,主要表现为:第一,从思想上对设备档案工作认识不够,忽略了设备资料的收集、记录、填写、积累、保存和整理归档工作,使许多宝贵的设备资料散失。填写时敷衍了事,压力容器校验记录、防腐检查记录和容器缺陷修复等填写不齐全,一旦发生事故,无档案记录可查,后果不堪设想。第二,设备技术人员变动频繁,工作交接不清。有的技术人员在调走时把机动科配备的专业工具书、资料、检修规程和好的管理经验一齐带走,使后续人员无任何现成资料,只有从头开始整理,档案工作无连续性。
The management of equipment technical records is part of enterprise management, but it is often overlooked. The main manifestations are as follows: First, ideologically, it is not enough to recognize the equipment archives and ignore the collection, recording, filling, accumulation, preservation and organization of equipment data. Archiving work, so that many valuable equipment data lost. When filling out, it is time to fill things up. Pressure vessel verification records, corrosion inspection records, and container defect repairs are not complete. Once an accident occurs, no records are available for investigation and the consequences are unimaginable. Second, equipment technicians have changed frequently and their work is not clear. Some technicians took away the professional reference books, materials, maintenance procedures and good management experience provided by the mobile division when they were transferred, so that the follow-up personnel did not have any ready-made materials, and they only started from scratch and the archives work was not continuous.
