一、临床资料患者,女,36岁,住院号:36657,因误服苯巴比妥片15mg×100#,昏迷一小时多,于2004年6月1日20时急诊入院,既往有癫痫病,自备药品服用控制(常服30mg.tid)。入院时查体:T37℃,P92次/min,R18次/min,BP90/40mmHg,深昏迷。未见外伤痕迹,颈软,双侧瞳孔约0.25cm,对光反射消失,双肺呼吸音清晰,呼吸深太、缓慢、鼾声。心音弱,律齐无杂音,肝脾未及,尿失禁,四肢凉,脉搏细弱。神经系统各种深浅反射均消失。
