目的研究欧维婷改善围绝经期妇女泌尿生殖系统症状的效果。方法选取2014年5月-2015年8月盘锦市中心医院接受治疗的74例患有围绝经期泌尿生殖系统症状妇女为研究对象,对所有患者均应用欧维婷乳膏进行治疗。将治疗前、后患者的症状改变、子宫内膜厚度、尿道周血流指标(血流阻力指数RI、收缩期和舒张期的比值S/D)、生存质量评分、血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平变化情况进行对比分析。结果治疗前,74例患者中有29例(39.19%)尿频、41例(55.40%)阴道干燥、26例(35.14%)外阴瘙痒、18例(24.32%)尿痛、13例(17.57%)阴道灼热感、14例(18.92%)性交痛、22例(29.73%)尿急。治疗后,74例患者中有2例(2.70%)尿频、3例(4.05%)阴道干燥、5例(6.76%)外阴瘙痒、4例(5.40%)尿痛、3例(4.05%)阴道灼热感、1例(1.35%)性交痛、2例(2.70%)尿急。经治疗,患者的尿频、阴道干燥、外阴瘙痒、尿痛、阴道灼热感、性交痛、尿急人数,FSH、LH水平,RI、S/D和治疗前相比,均明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的子宫内膜厚度和治疗前相比明显增加,血清E2水平明显上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,患者的心理健康、躯体活动、社会关系、生理功能评分分别为(21.36±3.23)分、(20.89±2.69)分、(22.68±3.12)分、(21.88±2.58)分,均明显高于治疗前的(15.23±2.36)分、(14.36±1.29)分、(18.69±2.67)分、(14.36±1.29)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用欧维婷对患有围绝经期泌尿生殖系统症状的妇女进行治疗,可有效改善体内FSH、LH水平,提高血清E2水平,促进子宫内膜的增长,可显著改善患者临床症状,促进患者身体康复,临床优势较为明显,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of Ouwei Ting on improving urogenital symptoms in perimenopausal women. Methods A total of 74 women with perimenopausal urogenital symptoms who were treated in Panjin Central Hospital from May 2014 to August 2015 were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated with Ouwei Ting cream. The changes of symptoms, endometrial thickness, periurethral blood flow index (RI, systolic and diastolic ratio S / D), quality of life score, serum estradiol (E2) , Luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels were compared and analyzed. After treatment, 2 patients (2.70%) had frequent urination, 3 patients (4.05%) had vaginal dryness, 5 patients (6.76%) had genital itching, 4 patients (5.40%) had dysuria and 3 patients Burning sensation, 1 case (1.35%) of painful intercourse, 2 cases (2.70%) of urinary urgency. After treatment, patients with frequent urination, vaginal dryness, itching of the vulva, dysuria, vaginal burning sensation, sexual intercourse pain, urinary urgency, FSH, LH levels, RI, S / D and before treatment were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically (P <0.05). The thickness of endometrium in patients was significantly increased compared with that before treatment, the level of serum E2 was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after treatment, the patients’ mental health, physical activity, (21.36 ± 3.23) points, (20.89 ± 2.69) points, (22.68 ± 3.12) points and (21.88 ± 2.58) points respectively, which were significantly higher than those before treatment (15.23 ± 2.36) (14.36 ± 1.29) points, (18.69 ± 2.67) points and (14.36 ± 1.29) points respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The use of Orvillin in the treatment of women with perimenopausal urogenital symptoms can effectively improve the level of FSH and LH in the body, increase the level of serum E2 and promote the growth of the endometrium, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and promote the physical rehabilitation of patients , The clinical advantage is more obvious, it is worth to further promote the application.
