在全面、深入、认真地学习贯彻十四届四中全会精神之际,我们回顾了多年来在干部培养与选拔方面的工作,充分认识到后备干部队伍的建设,是加强领导班子建设的一项重要的基础工作.宝钢伴随着生产、建设十多年的发展历程,后备于部队伍建设工作同样取得了一定的成绩,实现了宝钢既出钢材又出人才的目标.基本上解决了历史遗留下来的人才断层这一普遍问题,使一大批德才兼备的年轻干部走上各级领导岗位,为宝钢跨世纪战略目标的实现打下了坚实的基础.
