陈新民,南京军区福州总医院全军儿科中心主任,南京军区儿科研究所所长,主任医师,教授,博士(博士后)导师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。任国际儿科肾脏病学会特约会员、中华医学会儿科学会心血管学组委员、中华医学会福建省分会理事、福建省儿科学会副主任委员、全军医学科委会委员、全军儿科学会顾问、南京军区医学科委会常委、南京军区高评委及科技进步奖评委。担任《中华儿科杂志》、《解放军医学杂志》、《国外医学》儿科学分册、《中国实用儿科杂志》、《临床儿科杂志》等11家杂志的编委。编写或参加编写专著10部。发表论文100多篇,荣获军队科技进步奖36项。尤其在开展“小儿心律失常的临床研究”、“小儿难治性肾病的病理与临床研究”、“小儿血液透析临床研究”、“小儿心力衰竭发病机理的临床与实验研究”等达国内先进水平。
Chen Xinmin, director of the PLA Pediatric Center of Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region, director of the Nanjing Military Region Pediatric Research Institute, chief physician, professor and Ph.D. (postdoctoral fellow), enjoys special government allowances from the State Council. As a member of the International Pediatric Nephrology Association, the Chinese Medical Association Pediatric Cardiology Branch Committee, Chinese Medical Association Fujian Branch director, Fujian Provincial Pediatric Society vice chairman, the military medical committee, the army pediatric society consultant, Nanjing Military Region Medical Committee Standing Committee, Nanjing Military Region High Jury and Science and Technology Progress Award jury. Served as “China Pediatrics”, “People’s Liberation Army Medical Journal”, “Foreign Medical Pediatrics”, “Chinese Journal of Practical Pediatrics”, “Clinical Pediatrics” and other 11 magazine editorial board. Write or participate in the preparation of monographs 10. Published more than 100 papers, won the military science and technology progress award 36.
