异型血红蛋白在我国分布广,异型发病率較高,尤其是优生学的理论普遍被人们重视以后,进行当地异型血红蛋白的调查是非常必要的。广西、广东、四川、上海、湖南、江西等省市通过调查,新型异型血红蛋白陆续发现,例如Hb—萍乡、HbG—广州、Hb—简阳,Hb—南宁等。我院参加人类医学遗传学全国血红蛋白普查技术討论班后,1980年初在福州地区进行一次异型Hb调查,现简介如下: 一、对象:福州某小学、某托儿所、部分献血员及少数非贫血住院病员共1152人,其中男539人,女613人。民族,满蒙各一例,余均汉族。籍贯,福建1065人(福州市占823人),外省籍87人。二、异型Hb:普查1152例,发现异型Hb3例
