机械,尤其是旋转机械的振动载荷都具有随机性,而且频带很宽。在这类载荷作用下,如何估算结构的振动寿命,评定结构的振动强度,这是本文的研究目的。本文在分析传统的损伤等效方法的基础上,提出了阻尼功等效方法。该方法克服了损伤等效法只考虑应力幅值与循环次数的缺点,能有效地计及载荷频率、应力波形的影响,计算结果与实验结果比较表明,阻尼功等效法的等效效果比损伤等效法的等效效果更为满意。
Mechanical, especially rotating machinery vibration loads are random, and the band is very wide. Under such loads, how to estimate the vibration life of the structure and evaluate the vibration intensity of the structure is the purpose of this paper. Based on the analysis of the traditional damage equivalent method, this paper presents the damping work equivalent method. The method overcomes the shortcomings that the damage equivalent method only considers the stress amplitude and the number of cycles, and can effectively consider the influence of the load frequency and the stress waveform. Comparing the calculated results with the experimental results, it is found that the equivalent effect of the damping work equivalent method is better than that of the damage The equivalent effect of the method is more satisfied.
