在过量钍离子存在下,用偶氮胂Ⅲ直接分光光度测定铀的方法,业已拟就。在0.6M 氯化钠和0.5M 氯乙酸缓冲液介质(pH 2.1)中,Th~(4+)-与偶氮胂Ⅲ的反应,为加入的三乙撑四胺六乙酸所掩蔽。在此条件下,有过量2千倍的钍也能测定。
The method of direct spectrophotometric determination of uranium with arsenazo III in the presence of excess thorium ions has been proposed. The reaction of Th ~ (4 +) - with arsine Ⅲ was masked by the addition of triethylenetetraaminehexaacetic acid in 0.6 M sodium chloride and 0.5 M chloroacetate buffer medium (pH 2.1). In this condition, there is an excess of 2 times the thorium can be measured.
