辊锻研究所承担的六五期间国家科技攻关项目一农机犁铧辊锻工艺研究近日在长春通过国家鉴定。犁铧是机引犁的重要零件。需求量大,易磨损。采用国内现行的胎模锻工艺生产犁铧,生产率低,能耗高、质量差,工人劳动条件十分恶劣。辊锻研究所与河南省商丘机引农具厂于一九八三年十一月,受国家经委和机械工业部的委托开始了这项全国重点科研项目的研究。他们通过连续局部塑性成形一次加热制成犁铧的多次试验,找出了犁铧辊锻的最佳工艺方案与参数,成功地生产出一批25型犁铧锻件,将其安装在轻型悬挂犁上,进行田间试验,证明入土性好、耐磨性高。犁铧辊锻工艺与国内现行的胎模锻工艺相比,生产率提高六倍,
