张长贵,今年28岁,汨罗市新市镇人,1986年他办起了一家小五金制造厂。办厂8年,他紧紧抓往改革开放的机遇,坚信党的发展个体私营经济的政策,大胆投入,不断扩大生产规模,厂子由原来只有12个人、旧设备3件的小手工作坊,发展到目前拥有插销、合页、风钩、螺钉四条生产线,固定资产300多万元,从业人员60多人,各种机械设备80多台套的私营企业,年产值由6万多元增加到170多万元,年利税由0.3万元增加到12万元,先后被岳阳市人民政府、汨罗市人民政府授予“个体私营经济标兵”、“优秀私营企业”光荣称号。
