入党动机是一个人要求入党的内在原因与真实目的,是推动人们争取入党的精神力量,是一个人世界观、价值观、人生观的具体体现。鉴于大学生入党动机多元化价值取向的复杂性,加强大学生入党动机的教育是高校党建工作当务之急,是事关党和国家的前途命运的重大课题。调研当代大学生入党动机的现状与成因,探索和引导端正当代大学生入党动机的有效途径,正是完满解答这一课题的必要前提。
Motivation for joining the party is the intrinsic reason and true purpose of a person’s request for joining the party and a spiritual force for promoting the struggle for joining the party. It is a concrete manifestation of one’s world outlook, values and outlook on life. In view of the complexity of diversified value orientation of motivation to join the party, college education to motivate the motivation of joining the Party is the top priority for the party building in colleges and universities and a major issue concerning the future and destiny of the party and the country.
