本文研究敌草快的经皮吸收性质并比较种属间的差异。实验用~(14)C-敌草快进行离体皮肤渗透试验。皮肤样品取自死亡24小时内的尸体腹部;大鼠、小鼠、兔及豚鼠的皮肤均取自背部,处死后去毛。离体渗透试验皮肤接触面积为2.54cm~2,扩散室接受液选用生理盐水。~(14)C-敌草快的涂皮剂量100μl/cm~2(4μCi/ml,1 mg/ml)。给药后不同时间取接受液样品,测定~(14)C放射性,观察56小时,计算不同种属皮肤对敌草快的稳态吸收率(μg/cm~2/h)和渗透常数kp(cm/h),并推算不同皮肤对敌草快吸收的延搁时间(leg time),评价和比较敌草快的经皮渗透性质。
This article studies the rapid percutaneous absorption of Dioscorea and compare the differences between species. Ex Vivo Ex Vivo Skin Penetration Test with ~ (14) C-Diquat.
