气相色谱操作条件的选择应采用串行最佳化的方法,分三步进行;(1)先确定样品出峰最多的可用范围;(2)预测最难分离物质对的分离情况;(3)最后考虑分析时间尽可能短,把分离最好而时间最短的条件选作最佳操作条件。本文提出了一个利用计算机模拟谱图预测气相色谱最佳分离温度的方法作为串行法的基本软件,解决了峰高分离度K_3值这一个比总分离效能指标K,更全面地反映分离好坏的分离指标的预测问题。
