近年来,各地政府尝试通过建立社会组织培育平台,购买服务等来提升社会组织的发展程度,使得社会组织能够承接政府剥离的部分职能,更好地提供社会服务从而实现政府转型的目地。但是在政府购买服务过程中无论是政府还是社会组织方面都存在一些问题,使得本应是成本低、效率高的社会服务变得面目全非,本文以×市建立的社会组织孵化园内的社会组织为例,来探索政府转型背景下社会组织的发展路径。
In recent years, local governments have tried to elevate the development of social organizations by establishing social organization training platforms and purchasing services, enabling social organizations to undertake part of the government’s functions of divestiture and provide better social services so as to achieve the government’s goal of transition.
