At the London World Stamp Exhibition in 2000, there was a special booth called Eyes Right, where visitors could have had the privilege of seeing the entire process of printing black pennies 150 years ago. The reproduction of this history was due to the discovery of the machines that printed the penny stamps of that year when the former site of the former printing house was cleaned up, especially the original full-size mastering. The organizer decided to showcase the machine and print the original Penny Stamp on the spot in honor of the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Penny. The so-called “authentic” refers to even the paper used is handmade by the year’s method, the ink also used the original formula. My friend Holbrooke introduced his visit (see Philately Expo No. 10, 2000).
