通过对新疆和田枣园枣树单作及枣树与绿豆间作条件下枣树根际土壤线虫多样性指数、生态功能指数进行分析,评价枣园间作绿豆的合理性。结果表明,与枣树单作相比,枣园行间间作绿豆,枣树根际浅层(0~20 cm)和深层(20~40 cm)土壤线虫营养类群多样性指数TD值分别降低了23.45%、19.90%,二者差异显著;枣树根际浅层和深层植物寄生性线虫指数PPI值分别降低了62.82%、58.10%,二者差异显著;枣豆间作的瓦斯乐斯卡指数WI值显著高于枣树单作土壤,分别增加了219.62%、239.38%。由此得出,枣园间作绿豆有益于枣树根际土壤健康。
By analyzing the diversity index and ecological function index of jujube rhizosphere soil nematode in jujube orchard with jujube orchard and jujube and mung bean intercropping, the rationality of intercropping jujube and mung bean was evaluated. The results showed that compared with jujube alone, the TD value of nutrition group diversity of juvenile and jujube rootstocks in the shallow (0-20 cm) and deep (20-40 cm) rhizosphere soil was decreased 23.45% and 19.90% respectively. The PPI values of the shallow and deep plant parasitic nematodes decreased by 62.82% and 58.10% respectively in the rhizosphere of jujube trees, and the difference was significant. It is concluded that intercropping jujube garden mung bean is beneficial to jujube rhizosphere soil health.
