本文系统的阐述了自西藏和平解放以来西藏社会建设的发展历程,及其西藏社会建设在城乡居民收入生活水平;科教文卫等社会事业;就业、社会保障制度;社会局势稳定等方面所取得的重大进展,并从中总结出经验:西藏在社会建设方面取得的各项成就离不开党,离不开人民,离不开全国各省市大力支援更离不开经济发展的强大推动力和区内和谐稳定大环境的大力支持。
