一般资料:4例中男2例,女2例。年龄50～78岁。疼痛出现在一侧三叉神经第1支分布区2例,3支均受累2例,疼痛出现在疱疹前3～7d,均无感染史。主要临床表现:一侧面部或耳部烧灼样剧痛,皮肤潮红,可见成簇而不融合的粟粒大小疱疹,第1支受累时眼睑红肿,结膜充血,第1、2支均受累时,面部肿胀伴有颌下淋巴结肿大,影响睡眠。治疗方法:激素为首选药物,但胃溃疡、青光眼、高血压
