教育部在《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》中提出,高职院校要按照开放性和职业性的师资队伍建设要求,注重教师队伍的“双师”结构,加强专兼结合的专业教学团队建设。当前,我国高职教育发展已经进入相对成熟、稳定的阶段,其竞争力越来越体现在高技能人才的培养质量上。人才培养教师是关键,教师队伍素质已经成为衡量高职院校办学水平和教学质量的核心指标。在此背景下,专业教师队伍的建设研究成为目前职业教育领域的一个热点问题。
