围绕发展社会主义市场经济这一大题目,企业思想政治工作必须进一步解放思想,转变观念,结合企业实际,开创思想政治工作新局面。在此,我们对企业思想政治工作的“活动”、“办实事”、“考核”谈点看法。 一、企业思想政治工作必须辅之以丰富多彩的活动,才能增强吸引力 改革开放及社会主义市场经济的发展,使职工见识更广,思想更活跃,接受外界新事物也更敏感。职工对思想政治工作愈来愈要求具有科学性、知识性、趣味性,反感枯躁无味的说教。因此,企业思想工作必须辅之以丰富多彩的活动,才能增强吸引力。 在活动中要注重“三性”:内容上的针对性,对象上的层次性,方法上的多样性。思想工作的内容要紧密结合企业的实际和职工的思想实际。当前就要着
Focusing on the major issue of developing a socialist market economy, the ideological and political work in enterprises must further emancipate the mind, change concepts, and combine with the actual conditions of the enterprise to create a new situation in ideological and political work.
