The National Science Foundation of China’s Ministry of Metallurgical Industry participated in the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” Major Science and Technology Project “Application Research of Intelligent Decision Support System in Engineering Construction”. After four years of intense work by all scientific researchers, it was passed on January 7, 1992.
