《社区卫生工作者》(The Comm-unity Health worker)一书是世界卫生工作组织1987年出版的。全书包括三个部分:指南、社区卫生工作者培训指南以及使用书本指南。限于篇幅,本文只译了工作指南(working Guide)部分中的社区卫生工作者的任务,供有关人员参考。一、认识社区 1、了解社区有关情况(1)掌握社区人口数、人口构成、家庭数、贫困户数、有厕所、水井等设施的户数。(2)了解谁是社区重要决策者,哪些人可以影响社区决策,社区是否设有卫生委员会、妇女联合会等组织,其工作任务是什么。(3)通过与社区负责人交谈了解社区内
The book “The Community Health Worker” was published by the World Health Organization in 1987. The book consists of three parts: guides, training guides for community health workers, and the use of book guides. Due to space limitations, this article only translates the tasks of community health workers in the working guide section for reference by relevant personnel. I. Understanding the community 1. Understand the relevant conditions of the community (1) Grasp the number of people in the community, the composition of the population, the number of families, the number of poor households, and the number of households with facilities such as toilets and wells.
