通过免疫组化方法结合计算机图象分析,对48例颊粘膜鳞癌患者肿瘤内微血管与转移的关系进行了定量研究。结果显示:颊癌内微血管密度明显高于正常人,且随着肿瘤局部淋巴结转移和全身转移的出现,颊癌内微血管密度也增加,当400倍视野内血管密度超过45条/mm2时,100%的患者发生肿瘤转移。颊癌内微血管密度可以预测转移发生的危险性,指导临床治疗方案的选择。另外,本文对颊癌内血管生成与血道和淋巴道转移可能的机理进行了初步分析。
48 cases of buccal mucosal squamous cell carcinoma by immunohistochemistry combined with computer image analysis of the relationship between microvascular and metastasis were studied quantitatively.
