随着我国经济水平不断提高,城镇化进程的快速推进,我国在城乡规划设计方面也取得了显著发展。商务中心区作为城市的核心区域,其规划设计水平如何,将关系到一个城市的经济发展,是城市现代化程度的直接表现。本文中,笔者首先阐述了商务中心区的基本概况,接着分析了我国商务中心区建设的现状及问题,然后通过结合笔者参与的几个商务中心区项目总结提出商务中心区规划设计的几点设计要点,希望能够起到一定的借鉴价值。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economy and the rapid progress of urbanization, China has made remarkable progress in urban and rural planning and design. As the core area of the city, the business center area will have a direct impact on the degree of urban modernization due to its level of planning and design. It will affect the economic development of a city. In this paper, I first described the basic overview of the business district, and then analyzed the status quo and problems of the construction of the business center in our country, and then combined with the author to participate in several business center project summary proposed business center district planning and design of several design Points, hope can play a certain reference value.
