昆虫中有一种传递信息的化学物质,称为信息素。30年代初就有人对信息素进行了研究,首先用雌蛾腹部粗提物,装在诱捕器内预测森林大害虫的发生,获得了成功。以后德国的 Buttenandt 花了近20年的时间,在1957年,从20万头雌性家蚕腺体内,获得了12毫克纯活性物质,并鉴定了它的化学结构,简称“蚕蛾醇”(Bombykol)。随着近代微量化学分析仪器的迅速发展,迄今已鉴定出100余种昆虫信息素的化学结构,其中40余种已商品化。我国江苏金坛县昆虫激素研究所,已
Insects have a chemical that conveys information, called pheromones. In the early 1930s, some people conducted a study on pheromones. First, the crude extract from the abdomen of female moths was mounted in a trap to predict the occurrence of forest pests and achieved success. It took Germany’s Buttenandt nearly 20 years to obtain 12 mg of pure active substance from 200,000 female silkworm glands in 1957 and to identify its chemical structure, referred to as “Bombykol” . With the rapid development of modern trace chemical analysis equipment, to date, more than 100 kinds of insect pheromone chemical structures have been identified, of which more than 40 species have been commercialized.
