我厂在一座自动退火炉的推瓶机上,最近应用了简易数字程序控制器,代替原来的凸轮控制器,以换向电磁阀代替气阀。这种推瓶机系统的机械部分更为简单。在退火炉附近只有气缸体和支架两个部件,而控制器和换向阀能远离退火炉的高温部位,便于控制器的集中控制。我厂应用简易数字控制已半年,认为控制器的调节精度足以满足推瓶工艺的要求。调节控制比原来的凸轮机构方便,能在开车运转条件下进行调节。同时维修也比较简单,造价也比较便宜,每台控制器(不包括电磁阀)造价约600元。我厂所应用的数字程序控制是采
