今年六、七月份笔者先后到山东、河北、河南、江苏等地数十家蒜薹冷藏企业进行了实地调研,根据了解的情况,对今年蒜薹贮藏期管理中的几个技术问题,谈几点意见,以供企业参考。一、贮藏库的温度管理蒜薹要保鲜好,管理好库温是最重要的,而库温管理是围绕控温指标来进行的。因此,确定科学的库温管理指标非常关键。
