文章在深入分析知识中介内涵与机理的基础上,提出知识中介的3种模式,其中知识中介者网络模式是最重要的一种。对于知识转移过程来说,概念本身是有价值的隐性知识,概念关联结构同样是有价值的隐性知识。基于知识中介的关键就在于将知然类型知识的显性化问题转换为知人类型知识的显性化,将搜索隐性知识本身转换为搜索拥有相关隐性知识的专家或组织成员。形式概念分析是一种很好的知识可视化工具,概念格可以用来描述专家拥有的知识体系结构,从而帮助知识中介者快速选择最适合的专家。
Based on the analysis of the connotation and mechanism of knowledge intermediary, the article proposes three modes of knowledge intermediation, of which the network model of knowledge intermediary is the most important one. For the process of knowledge transfer, the concept itself is valuable tacit knowledge, which is also valuable tacit knowledge. The key to knowledge-based mediation lies in converting the explicit problem of knowledge-based knowledge into explicit knowledge of knowledge-based knowledge, and translating the search-tacit knowledge itself into searching for experts or members of organizations with associated tacit knowledge. Formal concept analysis is a good tool for knowledge visualization, which can be used to describe the knowledge architecture owned by experts, so as to help knowledge intermediaries to quickly select the most suitable experts.
