浙江根雕同行乘展览之时,分专业座谈,根友们久别重逢,欢聚一堂,畅谈一年来的97年浙江根艺创作与收获,形势喜人。无论是根雕名家、新星或其他根友,这一年多数作者产、销两旺,喜讯频传。《张德和竹根雕艺术研讨会》于97年4月19日在象山召开,该研讨会由浙江省工艺美术学会主办,省工艺美术研究所、省美学研究会、省美术评论研究会、象山县文联协办。参加这一研讨会的来自杭州的专家教授、新闻记者及当地领导,计49余人。研讨会对张德和同志的作品给予高度的评价,浙江电视台并在5月19日《钱江潮》栏目中播出。

The Symposium was sponsored by Zhejiang Arts and Crafts Society, Provincial Arts and Crafts Research Institute, Provincial Aesthetics Research Society, Provincial Art Review Symposium, Xiangshan County Federation of literary and art co. More than 49 experts and journalists from Hangzhou, journalists and local leaders attended the seminar. The seminar spoke highly of Comrade Zhang Dehe’s works. Zhejiang Television was broadcast on the column entitled “Qian Jiang Chao” on May 19.
