病例报告患者,男,18岁,1989年4月2日下午9时以突然呼吸困难1小时而就诊。该患于3月23日下午4时许因兵检未合格而突觉头痛不止,经服去痛片无效,相继呕吐了3次,吐物为胃内少许食物共500ml左右,不发热。当时经某医院检查疑诊流脑,因家属拒绝腰穿而自行回家用青霉素和磺胺嘧啶治疗,6天后头痛减轻。4月2日下午8时许突然呼吸困难,咯粉红色泡沫痰,同时伴头痛,未呕吐,遂来我院。平素健康,否认心肺疾患及近期毒物接触史。查体:T37℃,
