目的本文旨在通过对VEGF、EGFR及MMP-9蛋白表达的研究,探讨VEGF、EGFR及MMP-9在老年人非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)发生中所起的作用。方法对确诊的136例NSCLC组织石蜡标本及癌旁正常肺组织用免疫组化方法进行VEGF、EGFR和MMP-9蛋白表达的检测。结果 136例NSCLC组织中VEGF、EGFR及MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率分别为79.4%、75.0%及68.4%,在正常肺组织中的表达率分别为16.0%、12.0%及8.0%,NSCLC与良性肺组织VEGF、EGFR及MMP-9蛋白表达率相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);NSCLC中VEGF、EGFR及MMP-9蛋白表达均呈正相关。结论 NSCLC中VEGF、EGFR和MMP-9蛋白表达率较高,三者共同促进NSCLC的发展。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of VEGF, EGFR and MMP-9 in the pathogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in the elderly through the study of the expression of VEGF, EGFR and MMP-9. Methods The expression of VEGF, EGFR and MMP-9 in 136 NSCLC specimens and adjacent normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of VEGF, EGFR and MMP-9 in 136 NSCLC tissues were 79.4%, 75.0% and 68.4%, respectively. The positive rates of VEGF, EGFR and MMP-9 in normal lung tissue were 16.0%, 12.0% and 8.0% The expression of VEGF, EGFR and MMP-9 in benign lung tissues were significantly different (P <0.01). The expression of VEGF, EGFR and MMP-9 in NSCLC were positively correlated. Conclusion The expression of VEGF, EGFR and MMP-9 in NSCLC is high, and the three together promote the development of NSCLC.
