随着生产形势的发展,分析仪器的需求量也逐渐增加。为满足国家的需要,我厂将左边板、右边板零件由翻砂件改用压铸件如图1、图2。这两个零件的投影面积较大,零件重量也比较重。左边板投影面积达800厘米~2,净重1.7公斤。而我厂现有最大的压铸机是J1512型,合模力115吨,料缸容量1.8公斤,压铸件最大投影面积400厘米~2。因此这两种零件要在J1512型压铸机上生产,有一定的困难。
With the development of the production situation, the demand for analytical instruments has also gradually increased.
