对４６例经手术和病理证实的子宫内膜异位症患者，术后采用内美通辅助治疗。方法：内美通２．５ｍｇ口服，每周二次，连续３～６个月为一疗程，同时测定血清ＣＡ１２５作为疗效监测。结果：用药后控制症状的有效率为１００％，消除残余病灶的有效率为９７．８％。血清ＣＡ１２５诊断子宫内膜异位症的阳性率为７６．１％。用药后随着症状和体征的改善，血清ＣＡ１２５明显下降；病灶复发，血清ＣＡ１２５复升。随访４～２２个月，仅１例复发，复发率为２．１７％。２例合并不孕症患者，１例妊娠分娩。内美通的副作用在停药后迅速恢复正常。
46 cases of endometriosis confirmed by surgery and pathology were treated with Nemexon adjuvant therapy. Methods: The United States through oral 2.5mg, twice a week for 3 to 6 months for a course of treatment, while the determination of serum CA125 as a curative effect. Results: The effective rate of symptom control after treatment was 100%, and the effective rate of eliminating residual disease was 97.8%. Serum CA125 diagnosis of endometriosis positive rate was 76.1%. After treatment with the improvement of symptoms and signs, serum CA125 decreased significantly; lesions recurrence, serum CA125 rise. Follow-up 4 to 22 months, only 1 case of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 2.17%. 2 cases of infertility patients, 1 case of pregnancy and childbirth. The side effects of Nemetre quickly returned to normal after withdrawal.
