农村自建立生产责任制后,粮食连年丰收。为了满足农民贮粮的迫切需要,我厂试制了装配式钢筋混凝土粮仓。经宁乡等地使用,效果很好,深受农民次迎。一、钢筋混凝土粮仓的特点 1.制作简单,装拆方便。 2.有防鼠、防潮、防蚁、防火等优点。 3.价格便宜,比木制粮仓便宜近50%。二、设计规格及要求 1.全仓由17块板,3根小梁组成(见附图)。 2.前、后仓板与侧板用M10螺栓连接。 3.板厚为30毫米,混凝土为300号,配筋用Φ4冷拔低碳钢丝。 1.预埋螺栓埋置深度>10厘米,并与板中钢筋绑牢。
