近十年来,中国工会针对经济结构调整和国有企业深化改革中就业形势日趋严峻的情况,从代表和维护广大职工合法权益的角度,把促进就业和再就业问题摆在了整个工会工作的突出位置,努力发挥自身优势和特点,为下岗失业人员办实事,形成了具有中国工会特色的促进再就业工作格局。
