变农业国为工业国与变新民主主义国家为社会主义国家,是新民主主义社会的两大历史任务。这两者之间有着内在的联系,而将它们紧密联系在一起的,正是中国在实现工业化的过程中所走的“优先发展重工业”的道路。
To change an agricultural country into an industrial country and change a new-democratic country to a socialist country are two historic tasks of the new-democratic society. There is an intrinsic link between the two, and the very link between them is exactly the path China has taken to “give priority to the development of heavy industry” in the process of industrialization.
