随着市场经济的日益发展,国有企业已进入市场竞争的洪流中。在按市场经济运行的过程中,党建工作作为国有企业独特的政治优势和组织资源,成为国有企业与私营企业最显著的区别,而如何充分发挥国有企业党建工作作用,使之与企业的经营管理有机融合,是摆在新时期国有企业面前的一项课题。要解决此项课题,我认为可以从以下几点入手。
