供电企业由于“先用电,后付费”模式的特殊性,电费回收风险客观存在,直接影响到企业的经济效益。首先分析电费回收难的原因,并从企业的外部风险及电费回收、内部监管和供电合同等内部风险两个维度剖析,进一步提出电费回收的预防对策,为供电企业电费的正常回收提供参考。
Due to the particularity of power supply and post-payment mode, power supply enterprises objectively exist in the risk of electricity recovery, which directly affects the economic benefits of enterprises. First of all, it analyzes the reasons for the difficulty of electricity recovery and analyzes the internal risks from the external risks of the enterprises and the recovery of electricity charges, internal supervision and power supply contracts, and further puts forward preventive measures for the recovery of electricity charges to provide reference for the normal recovery of electricity tariffs.
